Welcome

Welcome!  As each year passes I become more aware of the power of words. I want to get more of my words out in the world. This site is a compilation of thoughts, poems, and words from me. They are not perfect nor are they meant to be. 

This blog is called Fumbling with Words because this has been my writing process. I never feel like the words are quite right but I grasp for them anyways and then let them go; continually trying to find the right ones. Sometimes I’m left frustrated. Sometimes I’m surprised that the beautiful thing I’ve said actually came from me.  These words are my attempt at being more true to myself. I hope that some of these imperfect, clumsy, heartfelt words, resonate with you. Even more so, I hope that you’ll pursue something that feels true to you, and one day you'll let the world in on your truth, even if it feels like you're just fumbling around with it when you start.
